This application is to be completed by the student.
Welcome to Accessibility Resources at Randolph-Macon College! Please complete the application below in its entirety. This will help us get to know you and better serve your needs. This application should be completed, including the submission of appropriate disability documentation and a consultation with the Director of Dining Services, as needed,
no later than March 15th for returning students, and June 1st for incoming students. While students can submit a completed housing/dining request after the priority deadline above, there is no guarantee that, if approved, the requested accommodation will be provided during the upcoming/current academic year. The Director of Dining Services, Jude Martin, can be reached by email at
jmartin2@parkhurstdining.com.
Disability housing/dining accommodation requests must be renewed every academic year.
Returning students who are requesting the same housing/dining accommodations that were previously approved by Accessibility Resources do not need to submit additional disability documentation or consult with Dining Services unless contacted directly by Accessibility Resources staff. More information regarding requesting housing/dining accommodations, including how to appeal a determination, can be viewed at the following link:

Additionally, College officials may need to speak to your off-campus diagnostician.
